I am looking for an agentless software solution for collecting metrics from Windows servers. The metrics can be gathered by a central monitoring server but I do not want to install an agent on each Windows server. The goal is to build an add on to trend and model the metrics so the Windows servers can be migrated to a virtual environment. Does Zyrion provide 1. agentless monitoring, 2. a central collection server and 3. can the analysis be done over the web?

1. This software is completely agentless and monitors using snmp, wmi (for windows) and can monitor syslogs, accept traps and perform synthetic transactions as well.
2. The data collection architecture is centralized but can be distributed as well using multiple DGEs for scalability, security, local alerting when WAN link is down etc.
3. The user as well as management interface are web enabled so all reports and analysis can be done using access to the software via a browser from your local network or remotely, if enabled.

Does the software do any trending on Windows metrics? Does it do any type of predictive reporting for Windows servers? Our goal is to be able to analyze the Windows servers and make decisions about which can be consolidated and moved to virtual platforms. Not clear if this is the right platform to help us with that.
