Our Network Operations Center (NOC) uses TWiki for documentation on procedures and contacts. We replaced $traverse_home/utils/externalTestHelp.pl with our own cgi script that uses wget to grab test, device and action related pages from the NOC TWiki. The output includes a link in each section so that the NOC and/or end-user can update the documentation as needed without having to search around the TWiki.
We included links on the help page for the NOC to suspend, suppress and reprovision. This helps a lot when people get called off-hours and can give the NOC the permission to acknowledge or possibly correct the problem without having to access a computer themselves. And we don't have to train everyone on how to "represent a user", drill down, etc.
Questions are welcome.
