Create monitoring profile fails on validation error

I'm using Traverse 4.8 installed on Windows with a single DGE.

I've attempted to create a monitoring profile using the instructions in the user guide and a forum post that are pretty clear. I receive a validation error when I click on apply and the profile is not created. I have looked through the logs and there are no updates that coincide with the timing of the error. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a very simple operation, what are the common errors associated with it?

Hi Josh,

It sounds like a one of more tests selected for the profile is missing certain attributes that Traverse is looking for. I assume this is a device that was created in Helix? I will ask our support team to open a helpdesk ticket and work with your to identify the root cause.
